I am a former Division 1 athlete at Coastal Carolina University, where I played women’s lacrosse. After college and prior to graduate school, I worked at as a caregiver (Home Instead Senior Care) for many clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This experience helped me grow as a future clinician, giving me experience with the everyday challenges my clients and their families faced.

As a physical therapist, I worked in a private practice setting for almost 4 years prior to joining the team at LGA!

I am passionate about helping women, addressing a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions which impacts patients’ lives in so many ways!

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, exercising, cooking, reading, and water sports!
